Good Bye South East Asia..Onto Australia / New Zealand for a month and a half.
This post is for the tired mom in you: After so much travelling, I desperately needed some me myself & I time. I booked an hour and a half with the magic hands of Fumi Yamamoto from Zenfacial. If you are ever in Sydney and looking for the old you, the one that never looked tired, had a smooth skin with very few wrinkles and a glowing smile, then make sure you pay Fumi a visit. It’s not your traditional facial with tons of expensive creams…it’s a healing facial with a mix of lymphatic drainage, pressure points and a touch of magic. Wonderful.
And on Zenfacial website, you’ll read these inspiring words of wisdom, by way of Audrey Hepburn. I love them, I am going to try to learn them by heart so I keep my brain working during the trip..
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
I took the photo above on Coogee beach where we are renting a place for a week. This man must have been at least in his 60’s, looking fit, tan and healthy. Like most people here. I love Sydney!
If only there could be a Fumi in London. Please will you share the secret if you know one? Australia is a bit too far for a saturday afternoon facial.
