Words of Love and Wisdom from Fiji

We’re spending a week in paradise. Really. And it came as such a surprise.

We planned a last minute vacation within the round the world at Jean Michel Cousteau Eco-Resort, a very special place that we found out by luck,  searching on the internet when our NZ plans got cancelled.  I am not going to say too much about it because we’ll feature it in the next issue of  Milk Magazine. But for a prelude, if you ever dream of a vacation by the sea where absolutely everybody in the family will be happy, this is the place. It’s heaven far far away from it all.

And every morning I take a yoga class at sunrise. Torika, the wonderful Fijian yoga teacher finishes each of them with those words:

And I want you to remember…

How special you are

How unique you are

And what a miracle that you are

I’ve promised to myself to put Marcelo and Amalya to sleep every night with those beautiful words from now on.

My sweetie pies…this one is for you xox

  1. I guess we shall have to read it later on then.. The photo in the last post of Marcelo with his arms around his sister.. is priceless. Beautiful! I also love to whisper last sayings to my little taquito every single night. She sighs to sleep with a smile. That is the best non?
ps. I’m so glad to hear you’ve avoided what has happened. Relieved.
