It’s been a crazy 4 months in the world. And it’s been strange for us to grasp headlines here and there from all that’s going on since we left London in December. What has been unfolding in the middle east since the Jasmine revolution in Tunisia to the disastrous earthquake in Japan, we have only been reading passively, often missing the whole story or learning from friends’ sms as we were in remote places.
Atsuyo & Akiko, a designer team for kids that I really love, are producing a special bag Je t’aime Japon, and all profits will go to the American Red Cross relief efforts in Japan. Atsuyo and Akiko now live in New York but are both from Japan.
Hard to grasp the magnitude of it all isn’t it? I am def going to tweet this out for you and them too..
