AFRICA

Africa is a continent of 54 countries (take or give, depending on who’s counting) but only a handful are regularly visited. The stigma about Africa being a land of poverty and tribal wars is changing. The continent offers fascinating wildlife but also immense natural and cultural diversity. The challenges faced by its fast-rising population (expected to double by 2050) are large but its heart is even bigger.
